13 answersHow can I pay for my order?
The payment page offers GCash, Maya, Card, and Pay at pickup. Every method is simulated in this preview. No money is transferred or collected.
Do I need to enter card or e-wallet details?
No. This sample flow never asks for card numbers, account credentials, a real QR payment, or a proof-of-payment upload. Choose a method and a sample outcome to explore the experience.
What does Pending verification mean?
A simulated GCash or Maya payment is waiting for a staff review. A staff member can mark it Paid or Failed in the sample payment-verification workspace. Your payment result and order details then show the updated status.
Can I retry a failed payment?
Yes. Open the same order and choose Retry payment. You can try another sample method or outcome. Retrying updates the existing payment record and does not create another order or deduct stock again.
How does Pay at pickup work?
Choose Pay at pickup to leave the sample payment Unpaid until a staff member records payment at the campus counter in the admin demonstration. The pickup status is tracked separately.
Where do I collect my order?
Your order details and pickup receipt show the campus merchandise counter and its sample opening hours. Check that your order is marked Ready for pickup before visiting.
Is shipping available?
This storefront concept uses campus pickup only. No shipping address or delivery charge is needed in the sample checkout.
Does Paid mean my order is ready for pickup?
Payment and pickup are separate. Paid refers to the sample payment record. Ready for pickup means staff have marked the campus order ready to collect. You can see both in order details.
How do I track my order?
Open My account and choose Track this order, or use the order-tracking page with your order reference. The status reflects changes saved in the sample admin workspace.
Can I change or cancel an order?
This customer preview does not submit order changes to the university. In the finished store, customers would contact the merchandise counter and follow the confirmed store policies. The sample admin can change an order’s pickup status, including Cancelled.
What does my pickup receipt show?
It shows your order reference, recorded items and prices, payment status, pickup status, and collection details. It is a sample pickup document, not a university sales, tax, or payment receipt.
Are my order and payment real?
No. This is an interactive store concept for proposal presentation. Orders and payment outcomes are saved locally for the demonstration. No real order, payment, email, or SMS is sent.
Why can’t I find an earlier sample order?
Sample orders stay in the browser where they were created. Resetting the presentation data, clearing browser storage, or using another browser can make an earlier reference unavailable.
A little more help?
For this concept, contact details and pickup schedules are illustrative. The finished store would connect you with the university merchandise team.
